Ken Sheedlo	11521a4cde	fix($compile): don't use new with minErr ... Someone wrote `throw new $compileMinErr(...)` when it should have been `throw $compileMinErr(...)`. This caused a build warning.	2013-07-26 15:58:40 -07:00
