85632cb44c feat($rootElement): added application root element 
Publish the application root element as $rootElement
so that it can be injected to other services.

416a783040 fix(jqLite): don't eat event exceptions 
JQuery does not catch exceptions either, and just
lets them pass. This allows the exception to be
shown in console.
