33a4e8ff9b Rewrite grid docs to account for new grid tier 
- Breaks grid content across multiple pages
- Updates mentions of grid tiers from five to six
- Rewrites how it works sections to reference new options and tiers

5d6e896ebb Add a docsref shortcode. 
This allows for the build to fail if a reference isn't found.

d95d30029f Switch to Hugo. 
No more Ruby dependency and most important more than 10 times less build time (at least on Windows)!
