Chris Rebert ade2ab1341 Remove non-responsive text alignment classes 
These can be replaced by their `.text-xs-*` parallels.
This also avoids any complications from interactions between the responsive and non-responsive classes.
(e.g. `<div class="text-left text-md-right">`)
