Julian Thilo fea69df80c Fix responsive utilities for table elements 
This change prevents situations where specificity causes some rules to
be overridden by the ones intended for mobile.
* Added mixin `responsive-invisibility()`
* Swapped out `display: none !important;` for new mixin
