docs: Fix a few typos
There are small typos in: - configurations/base.py - configurations/values.py - docs/patterns.rst Fixes: - Should read `whether` rather than `wether`. - Should read `overridden` rather than `overriden`. - Should read `environment` rather than `enviroment`.
