docs: Fix a few typos

There are small typos in:
- configurations/base.py
- configurations/values.py
- docs/patterns.rst

Fixes:
- Should read `whether` rather than `wether`.
- Should read `overridden` rather than `overriden`.
- Should read `environment` rather than `enviroment`.
