Feature/Add Django 4.1 support (#301) 
* Django 4.1 support.
* Fix `NullBooleanField` DRF deprecation.
* Soft pin `importlib.metadata`
* Obtain `chromedriver-py` using `get-chromedriver-py`.
* Fix `selenium` deprecation errors.
* Use testing email backend.
* Install some linux deps in GitHub CI.
