d818e0c9b2 Fixed #16905 -- Added extensible checks (nee validation) framework 
This is the result of Christopher Medrela's 2013 Summer of Code project.

22c6497f99 Fixed #20895 -- Made check management command warn if a BooleanField does not have a default value
