Kin Blas	d5a2ed2f10	Fixed 413 - Dev issue: our .htaccess file on the server is doing a 301 redirect which is causing css and image loading issues. ... - Switch to using a combine.php library and index.php scripts within each directory for combining files. scottjehl	d5cbcf755b	Created a themes directory and moved all CSS and images there. ... Edited the PHP combiner and .htaccess logic to accommodate this change, as well as allowing manifest files to use a "../" when referencing files, which will be handy when adding themes that don't include structural files yet.
