Kin Blas	5e87e8481d	Did a sweep over all tests (except for filter tests) to convert them to pageSequence() where possible. This fixes the test bustages caused by the changePage() refactoring. scottjehl	8ba4c27300	Ya'll can scale your pages now. Fixes #1645. Note: we originally disabled user zooming to work around a bug in iOS that automatically zooms the page beyond the constraints of the viewport on orientation change.
