Dmytro Maluka 830768b715 Reorganize Copy and CopyLine actions 
Make Copy return false if there is no selection, and change the default
binding for Ctrl-c from CopyLine|Copy to Copy|CopyLine accordingly,
to make the semantics more meaningful: copying selection always fails
if there is no selection.

Runtime files for Micro

This directory will be embedded in the Go binary for portability, but it may just as well be put in ~/.config/micro. If you would like to make your own colorschemes and syntax files, you can put them in ~/.config/micro/colorschemes and ~/.config/micro/syntax respectively.
