Zachary Yedidia c45ff4dd4f Add multiple cursor support 
This commit creates new keybindings and actions to handle multiple
cursors.

Here are the defaults:

    "Alt-n": "SpawnMultiCursor",
    "Alt-p": "RemoveMultiCursor",
    "Alt-c": "RemoveAllMultiCursors",
    "Alt-x": "SkipMultiCursor",
